01 Cancellation requests
To cancel services, email sales@ofadvertising.com with your name, plan, and requested cancellation date. Cancellation is not complete until we confirm receipt in writing.
02 Billing periods
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, services are billed by the plan period selected. Cancellation stops future service periods but does not automatically refund work already started, scheduled, prepared, or delivered.
03 Refunds
Because marketing work includes planning, setup, strategy, content scheduling, and labor, payments are generally non-refundable once a service period begins. Any refund or credit is handled at our discretion or according to a specific written agreement.
04 Service wind-down
After cancellation, scheduled posts, engagement, reporting, access, and campaign activity may stop at the end of the paid period or sooner if required for security, platform compliance, or unpaid balance issues.
05 Failed payments
If payment fails or is reversed, services may be paused immediately. OFAdvertising.com may require payment resolution before continuing work, transferring assets, or providing additional support.
06 Reactivation
A canceled account may require new setup, updated pricing, new onboarding, or a new agreement before services resume.
