Security and Credential Handling
This policy explains how OFAdvertising.com expects account access, credentials, permissions, and security responsibilities to be handled during marketing services.
This page is provided for business clarity and website terms. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney for your specific jurisdiction.
01 Access principles
We request only the access reasonably needed to perform agreed services. Whenever possible, clients should use platform roles, delegated permissions, business managers, or limited-access tools instead of sharing primary passwords.
02 Credential sharing
If credentials must be shared, clients should use secure methods and avoid sending passwords through public comments, unsecured messages, or shared documents without access controls. Credentials may need to be changed after services end.
03 Two-factor authentication
Clients are encouraged to keep two-factor authentication enabled. If login approval is needed, the client must respond promptly so work can continue without unnecessary delays.
04 Client responsibility
Clients remain responsible for account ownership, platform compliance, accurate permissions, recovery email access, payment methods, and any third-party platform decisions, restrictions, suspensions, or bans.
05 Security events
If suspicious activity is detected, services may be paused while the issue is reviewed. Clients should immediately notify us of unauthorized access, compromised accounts, password changes, or platform warnings.
06 End of services
After services end, clients should rotate passwords, remove permissions, review connected apps, and confirm that only authorized users retain access.
